To meet the different requirements of users, we have full and reduced ball valves series. The full bore ball valve is for convenience cleaning, while the reduced-bore series one is comparatively lighter in weight, but the fluid resistance is only 1/7 of the same diameter globe valve.
According to user or device system requirements, a discharge valve will be mounted on the body of the ball valve. In case the two ends of the valve have been sealed, the pressure in the valve will be released through the discharge valve. Besides the function of DBB, this discharge valve also functions to rinse and blow out the deposits inside the valve body.
