Parallel Double-Disc Gate Valve

The parallel double disc gate valves is a product with a new structure, which has small open-and-close moment high speed, little vibration, long performance life and reliable operation, it is mainly applied to cut-off gas and liquid delivery pipelines.

Structural Features

• Easy and flexible operation made by intensively structured stem nut and lubricator
• Sealing grease can be injected into the packing by packing spacer to ensure the reliable seal and lubrication of the valve stem
• Metal waveform gasket of the middle flange ensures the reliable seal
• The disc at the inlet side can be designed to pressure relieving type to avoid the abnormal pressure rise inside the cavity changes, thus ensuring safe operation under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure.
• When the valve is fully opened, the passage is a straight pipeline. With little fluid resistance and pressure loss to allow the hair bulb to clean the pipeline
• Valve is fully closed for good protection and all-weather service
• Two-piece design of packing gland to avoid stem clogging caused by squishing
• The parts in valve sealing mechanism are isolated from each other, thus ensuring a good seal even upon deformation resulted from temperature variation, and the disc cannot be jammed due to high-temperature expansion
• The valve uses a seal structure composed of two parallel discs and wedging device instead of the conventional wedged gate valve structure
