Double Block & Bleed Ball Valve

The DBB valve is a double-ball-sealed valve, composed of three valves as a whole, with two sealing pairs. While in the closed position, the two sealing pairs can maintain the sealing state at the same time.  There is an interface to release the pressure of the medium in the middle of the valve body between the two sealing pairs. The valve has high safety performance and good use effect even under high pressure or high temperature. This kind of isolation is essential in operating conditions where valve leakage may cause major consequences. Once the fluid is isolated between the two sealing pairs, it can be discharged through the interface.

The DBB valve is designed to replace the complicated connection of multiple valves in traditional pipelines. It can reduce the leakage points in the system, and realize the function of quick shutdown and discharge. It greatly saves the installation space, simplifies the installation procedure. Convenient for instrument cleaning and maintenance, reducing costs.
