Product Details:

Cast globe valves are our superior products developed upon the advanced technology home and abroad. The body and bonnet of class 150~900 are usually with studs and nuts. And pressure seal design of class 1500~2500.

Structural Features

  • Outside screw and yoke, rising stem (OS&Y)
  • Straight pattern body design
  • Integrally forged stem, with a piece of hard stainless steel inlaid between the stem head and disc to avoid deformation caused by extrusion, and corrosion leading to inflexibility of disc action
  • Easy and flexible open by the design of thrust bearing
  • Two-piece design of packing gland to avoid stem clogging caused by squishing
  • Reliable sealing performance by using flexible graphite packing. Spacer ring and greasing mechanism are optional
  • Back seating design to ensure reliable packing and sealing when the valve is fully opened
  • Optional conic plug disc
  • Optional extended bonnet
